Refund Policy

At Walnut Excellence Education Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course or program.

1. General Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, students must submit a written refund request to support@walnutexcellence.com within the applicable refund window.

2. Refund Window

  • Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund (minus any processing fees), provided no more than 20% of the course has been accessed or attended.
  • 8–15 days of enrollment: 50% refund, provided no more than 30% of the course has been accessed or attended.
  • After 15 days: No refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration or enrollment fees
  • Study materials, books, or digital resources already downloaded or accessed
  • Courses or sessions already completed or attended
  • Special promotional or discounted courses

4. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
