Cancellation Policy

At Walnut Excellence Education Private Limited, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which students may cancel their enrollment in our courses or programs.

1. Cancellation by Student

Students wishing to cancel their enrollment must notify us in writing at support@walnutexcellence.com. The following terms apply:

• Cancellation within 48 hours of enrollment: Full cancellation with refund (subject to our Refund Policy).
• Cancellation 3–7 days before course start: Cancellation accepted; partial refund may apply as per our Refund Policy.
• Cancellation after course commencement: No cancellation will be processed once the course has started, except in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

2. Cancellation by Walnut Excellence Education

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

• Insufficient enrollment numbers
• Unavailability of instructor or resources
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.)

In such cases, students will be offered either a full refund or an option to transfer to the next available batch.

3. Batch Transfer

Students may request a transfer to a different batch or course of equal value, subject to availability, with at least 7 days’ notice before the original course start date.
