1. Regular Course Refund Policy

Our refund policy for regular courses:

  • 100% refund if cancelled 7 days before course start
  • 75% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before course start
  • 50% refund if cancelled 1-2 days before course start
  • No refund once course has commenced

2. Online Course Refund Policy

For online courses:

  • Full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no content accessed
  • 50% refund within first week if less than 25% content accessed
  • No refund after first week or if more than 25% content accessed

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your enrollment:

  • Submit written cancellation request
  • Include enrollment details and reason for cancellation
  • Provide bank details for refund transfer
  • Allow 7-10 working days for refund processing
